By submitting a booking through the AKM Motor City Book Now service, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Booking Fee A fixed booking fee of JOD 100 is required to complete the booking. 2. Booking Only The JOD 100 payment is a booking fee for the selected vehicle only. It does not constitute a final purchase, sale, or transfer of ownership. 3. Specific Vehicle The booking applies specifically to the vehicle selected by the customer at the time of booking. The customer may request to change the booked vehicle after visiting the showroom. Any change must be completed offline with AKM Motor City and is subject to the availability of other models, colors, model years, or trims. 4. Booking Confirmation The booking will be considered confirmed only after successful payment of the JOD 100 booking fee and confirmation by AKM Motor City. 5. Booking Fee Deduction If the customer proceeds with the purchase of the booked vehicle, the JOD 100 booking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price of the vehicle. 6. Customer Cancellation If the customer chooses to cancel the booking, changes their mind, or decides not to proceed with the purchase for any reason, the JOD 100 booking fee is non-refundable. 7. Cancellation by AKM Motor City AKM Motor City reserves the right to cancel a booking if the booked vehicle is not ready for sale or is not available for sale for any reason. If AKM Motor City cancels the booking for any such reason, the JOD 100 booking fee will be fully refunded, in accordance with the company's applicable refund policy. 8. Final Purchase The final purchase of the vehicle will be completed separately with AKM Motor City and is subject to the completion and signing of the applicable sales documentation. The final purchase price and applicable purchase terms will be confirmed by AKM Motor City at the time of sale. 9. Customer Information By completing the booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and authorize AKM Motor City or its representatives to contact you regarding your booking and the selected vehicle. 10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. By proceeding with the JOD 100 payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
